Their vision didn’t stop there though. They believed in their great tasting food and together with their commitment to customer respect and satisfaction, they decided to expand East to the Grand Canyon State or Arizona. In 1993 they opened the first Filiberto’s restaurant that still stands today in Mesa, AZ.

Their gamble paid off and within a few short years they had opened 10 new restaurants.
Fast forward to present day and Filiberto’s now boasts more than 35 restaurants that span over 3 states. Our pride doesn’t lie in our fast and successful growth, but rather that we have been able to maintain a level of quality, respect and sense of professional commitment to our staff, customers and most importantly our food.

Something that you may not know about us, is that for a short time in 2002, Filibertos had to go through a name change for a 3 month period, which during a legal battle the name had to be changed to Flavio’s…..doesn’t have the same ring to it does it???

Filiberto’s is strong than ever, evident with our commitment to our community, which is second to none. With our support for St. Jude Childrens Hospital and continued support for youth athletics in our neighborhoods, Filibertos is dedicated more than ever to give back to the communities that have made us a part of their families.
